Yampa Valley — Mug Club Merchandise Illustration

The task was straightforward: a strong illustration built around a deer skull, designed specifically for merch and easy production.

The artwork had to work in a single color to keep printing simple and affordable, without losing character or detail.
We focused on a clean, high-contrast illustration that reads clearly on fabric and prints well across different merch formats.

The final design balances detail and restraint — bold enough to stand out, but simple enough to stay practical for real-world use.
It’s a good example of how illustration can support a brand beyond packaging, while staying grounded in production realities.
