How i usually work

Step 1
Breef
Firstly, let`s start by talking about your brand. You can start by offering any information you find relevant. Show me references, describe your ideas. Remember: more details, better design. I will ask questions if needed to help me understand you better. And Feel free to ask me anything.
Step 2
Secured Payment
When the contract is agreed on and signed the deposit invoice will be sent. The deposit invoice is 50% of the flat rate we agreed on. The invoice for the rest will be sent at the end and needs to be paid before final files are sent.
Step 3
Concept devolopment
Design development can take up to 4-5 days per concept. This period includes research, sketching and finalizing the concept. At the end of this period I will show you a few concepts. Don’t be scared, these are just sketches. We just define the main ideas on this step.

Working process
We choose the best concept and I start working on it. In the process I will show you intermediate stages if the project is large. This is important because you can control the working process.
Step 5
Refine
We can proceed to refine it. We have up to 4 revisions to cover everything you want to change on the design to make it perfect.
Step 6
Deliver
I will deliver industry standard files and the secured payment will be released after you confirm the completion of the project.

On a note:

The Designer retains the right to showcase the deliverables in any of their portfolios. If The Client wants the exchange to remain private, an additional fee will be added to the initial quote. This has to be determined before any work has started.

Turnaround time refers to work days spent on one concept. I do not work on weekends.

After the work starts and concepts are delivered, 50% of the quote can be refunded. In the case of Refund, The Designer retains all the rights to the design.

The number regarding the turnaround time, concepts or the revisions is open for discussion. By increasing the numbers the price will go up too. And they can be increased at any point in the project.
