Hoppysaurus — (Hopped mead) (Hop Series)

A series of meads featuring hops from around the world. The first is a mead dry-hopped with a “Mosiac” hop.

Taste profile: Passionflower; melon character; mid bitterness (From the hop), bitter finish with some sweetness from the honey. High carbonation. Full-bodied.

Label elements: Hop series is all about a cool dinosaur band. This particular one is a comic/bright T-rex playing a bass/guitar. Electric sparks.
